As the pharmaceutical industry faces increasing pressures for efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance, engineering excellence plays a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations. This session will explore best practices in engineering design, focusing on Greenfield (new) projects, where the foundational decisions made during the design phase significantly impact the future performance, cost, and regulatory compliance of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. Attendees will gain valuable insights into the key aspects of design that drive operational excellence, sustainability, and regulatory adherence. In this session, you will learn how to:
Around 25 + Years in Pharmaceuticals,Bio pharma, Process and Engineering industry as Projects /Engineering professional with leading Indian and Multinational organisations like
LUPIN Ltd, Fosters , Dr Reddy’s laboratories ,(DRL) M/s Serum Institute of India Ltd and FDC Ltd
Over the years of Experience I have gained knowledge of Process Engineering In various pharmaceutical and Bio pharma organizations which includes Solid dosages. Liquid oral ,Inject able, vaccines/ Biological, ointments , powders ,ophthalmic etc and trying to implement it to enhance the effectiveness of new projects / assignments.
Hands on experiance for design ,execution , commissioning and validation of plants for all regulated markets.Involved and faced USFDA, MHRA,TGA,WHO and many more customer specific audits starting from plant design to audit compliance.
