The thing I love most about my job is that no two days are ever the same. My role allows me to continuously develop myself and others by ensuring that we learn something new every day. From using creative thinking in order to successfully adapt new software into existing facilities, to troubleshooting issues and providing a resolution to the production floors, I love seeing the sense of accomplishment that the team and site gets seeing the positive impact made to improve the lives of staff and knowing that we are building the foundation for programs that will last for years.
