I am a passionate enterprise architect, supporting the business, OT and IT stakeholders of Takeda’s Global Manufacturing, Supply, Quality & EHS.

With over 25 years of experience in IT architecture, I share my passion of all the aspects architecture. The practice is evolving, and I am pushing towards a more continuous architecture and believe that EA provides value through many value streams, enabled by products/services, realized by a strong but flexible architectural runway.

Ensure cloud success & value realization of all Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) customers & partners, specifically for the Global Manufacturing, Supply and Global Quality (GMS/GQ) organizations:
* Provides GMS/GQ site cloud enablement leadership by aligning service delivery and processes to GMS/GQ sites and cloud enablement requirements.
* Manages the relationship between the Enterprise Cloud Services and all their partners, finding opportunities to deliver value and improve cloud success.
* Oversees the productive and ongoing exchanges of information between GMS/GQ and Enterprise Cloud service delivery and demand management, with both an architecture and a service mindset.
* Provides leadership on the global cloud strategy aligned with the requirements and value streams of the assigned function, driving needed agility in accordance with applicable Global IT procedures & standards.
* Oversees, influences and manages the demand for cloud services for GMS/GQ from inception to delivery, driving action across silos effectively and efficiently, ensuring business, governance, platform, security, compliance, and other IT/OT operational objectives are met.
