This session will present a real-world case of a successful implementation of a smart paperless plant. The core of the smart paperless plant is a modular MES platform integrated with ERP and the shop floor, which allows users to work in a fully digital environment. The session will present key elements of strategic and operational perspectives of project execution. It will then explore how using standard software modules and agile approach to system integration coupled with expertise in shopfloor processes and technologies enabled successful implementation in a short time schedule.
