Lena Fischer holds a M.A. degree in Business/Managerial Economics and is IPMA B certified Project Manager. For the past 5 years, she has been with Novo Nordisk (Denmark), working as Business Owner MES, Department manager MES execution as well as Senior Project Manager for MES projects (Europe and US).
Before that, Lena was working at Werum IT Solutions GmbH for 3,5 years.

Her core responsibilities and experiences from that time lie within People Management, Project Management, Agile & digital Transformation.

Working in an international environment gives me the possibility to execute challenging and exciting projects together with my colleagues in our agile release train, to learn continuously and to transfer my experience & knowledge into new and creative ways of thinking and optimizing.
