The Pop in My Job:

My objective is to easy business life, bring more value in what we do in our daily routine and ensure safety for patient.
For instance, I cannot stand that we need to perform double checking on calculation which could be done automatically.
I believe that we have great people within the company with a lot of experience and they should have more time to perform added value work.
It will benefit their motivation at work and the quality of the product, with the final goal to ensure continuous delivery and safety for the patient.
